What a romantic escape! The hotel's stunning koi ponds and serene smiles of staff were a welcome relief after a day of exploring. The location made it easy for us to access local attractions, and the hotel arranged for a private tour guide to take us on an adventure we will never forget. One of my favorite aspects was the relaxing massage we enjoyed at the spa, which was very reasonably priced.
The noise from the neighborhood dogs at night, but with a cozy room and lovely service, it didn't ruin our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway with attentive staff, comfortable accommodations and an affordable price.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of Asian and Western options. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for getting around to sightseeing places, and to downtown for nightlife. We found the transportation to be easy and efficient, even without a car.
Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is an absolute treasure! Centrally located and with easy access to other tourist spots, it offers a warm welcome with cool towels and fresh lemon drinks. the gorgeous amenities kit in the room is a lovely touch. the staff is very kind and always helpful, with quick room service delivery and excellent tour arrangements. Breakfast was top-notch, with a range of delicious options to enjoy. the swimming pool was also a delight!
The only minor negative is the lack of English spoken by the spa staff, but there are plenty of other amenities to keep you busy.

Great pool and breakfast variety. Convenient free shuttle to main attractions. Friendly staff eager to help with all requests.
Inadequate air conditioning in room. Noise from street and neighboring establishments was disruptive to sleep.
